about me

I am often asked by women, how I found my way to this life that I love, this life

filled with good. How I found my way to the calmness they notice and the

contentment they see.

I am often thanked by women for helping them find a little more peace in their

day, a little more ease in their mind and a little more happiness in everyday life.

Being thanked is wonderful but what is more wonderful is watching women flourish.

I love witnessing those I coach, wake up content, successful and happy.

Why do I coach? In truth, I think I was born with a magnet that led me to find ways I could help others by gently blowing  ‘wind under their wings’.

Influenced by brilliant thinkers, Indigenous leaders, social entrepreneurs, big and small business owners and everyone in between, I have developed a uniquely successful method of coaching that results in change that stays.

Some coaches are what I call ‘feel good’ coaches, but when I finish working with them I’m not sure which steps to take. This doesn’t throw off fogginess, this doesn’t create change.

It is my finely tuned ability to help you accurately select the next small step to a more vibrant world that sets me apart from other coaches.

I bring to our coaching, practical and straightforward strategies in place, to rapidly uplift your current situation.

No matter where you live, (I have coached throughout the globe) or what you do, (I have coached people from all walks of life) I can help create a more vibrant you, more vibrancy in your career and the vibrant relationships we all seek.  And sometimes all three improve as if by magic.

Let me share a little bit more about me.

Even though my British born parents were poor, having fled a politically unsafe Africa in the year that I was born, the challenges my siblings and I faced have taught me the power of resilience and fortunately, I have been surrounded by opportunities to create change.

Sure there have been setbacks along the way, don’t we all have these? Yet setbacks are the moments that have taught me the value of a clear vision, faultless friends and the virtue  of determination.

So now I know that almost anything is possible, and more importantly, that often the only thing limiting us, is our belief in ourselves.

This has led to a life that has as it’s highlights, two beautiful children, a ‘rock of a man’ and shiny health and wellbeing.

Yes I am lucky.

Is it my consistent dedication to self care, like waking up and getting on to the yoga mat, or taking time every year to retreat in meditation?

Is it the wonderful mentors I have sourced to guide relationships, career and to help build my dreams?

Is it  the inner resilience I called on to overcome a horrific car accident, a significant business setback and to find a way past a few adverse childhood experiences.

What I can share, is that without vision, I couldn't have managed to create a successful business, find the man I am destined to love, or establish the career of my dreams.

What I do know though, is that I wake up each and every morning calm in the  knowledge, that happiness, peace and success are the birthright of every woman.
